The guarantee
If you are not happy, contact us within 14 days for a free remix or a full refund.
One free remix first
Every order includes one free remix, so you can adjust the lyrics, mood, or genre. If the remix still misses, we refund you in full.
How to ask
Reply to your delivery email, or write to help@lifeinasong.com. Tell us what missed — no argument, no form to fill in.
Before you pay
The preview is free and needs no credit card. You hear two versions of your song first, and pay only if you want the full-length, watermark-free MP3.
Bundles and credits
A bundle is refunded in full within 14 days if none of its credits has been used. Once a credit is used, that song is covered by the same guarantee as any song (a free remix first, then a refund of that song), and the remaining unused credits are refunded at the price you paid for them.
